Group Facilitator
Diana is skilled at guiding groups through processes both mundane (weekly faculty meetings, committee meetings) and transformative (Mission/Vision/Core Values work). As a external facilitator, she can create a space for deep listening and communicating that is free from habitual patterns, allowing new ideas to emerge.
Working in community is challenging and rewarding. Holding the space for the “third element” to step forward - not my ideas, not your ideas, but the ideas that serve the group as a whole - can be transformative for an organization.
